Terms of vehicle rental
- Only the person or persons mentioned in the contract are entitled to drive the vehicle or vehicles.
- The lessee is required to inform and obtain written consent from the lessor if he wants to use the vehicle outside of Andros.
- The costs of a road traffic offense or a traffic accident shall be borne by the lessee during the period of validity of the contract.
- We have helmets for all riders for safety reasons according to the CSE, for the non-use of the helmet the renter is responsible.
- Simple insurance means that in the event of an accident caused by you, the insurance covers the costs of the people you have hit, and you will be charged the cost of any damage caused to the motorcycle.
- With the extra security, the customer does not incur any costs from damage to the motorcycle and is covered against theft.
- No refunds if you deliver the vehicle before the rental period is over.
